Our individual clients include those with non-taxable estates in need of basic plans to provide for their children, as well as those with taxable estates in need of advanced planning strategies to preserve wealth and leave a lasting legacy. In addition to our individual clients, we also serve as general counsel to small business clients, assisting them in all activities of their day to day business operations including a) business formation and structure, b) asset protection, c) buy sell agreements, d) succession planning, and e) the sale of the business.
